- 1/2 Cup of beer
- 1/4 Cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 Cup brown mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup of yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Place all ingredients in a container, cover and let stand in the refrigerator during the night. The next day, transfer everything to a blender and mix until desired consistency is reached. Try to season and add more honey if it is too hot or salt/pepper to help bring the flavors.
Eat immediately or transfer to an airtight vial and store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 months.
