- 1 ½ Cups black chocolate (60% cocoa content)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 Cup of Scout or Porter beer
Add the chocolate to a dish suitable for microwave, at maximum power for 30 seconds, stir and repeat until it melts.
Line of a mini muffin tin with mini muffin papers.
Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate to the muffin papers. Use the back of a spoon to “paint” the faces of the mini muffin papers, making sure to cover all the paper. Wait until the chocolate is set, about ten minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and the beer until well combined. Fill the chocolate molds with the peanut butter mixture up just below the top.
Add a small amount of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter, making sure to cover the entire mountain of peanut butter, smoothing to make a flat top. Wait until set, about ten minutes.
