POLENTA AND ORANGE PUDDING RECIPE

Ingredients

 

  • Sugar 200 GRS
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • Butter 200 grams
  • 1 orange Juice
  • Eggs 2
  • Yolk 1
  • Cornmeal 150 GRS
  • Flour 40 GRS
  • Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • Raisins 50 GRS
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp.
  • Chocolate 50 GRS

Preparation

 

We take and in a bowl we pour the butter and sugar that we have to beat until we see that there is a foamy mass. Once we see that the texture is the marked, we add the grates and also, we have to go casting the eggs one by one as well as the juice of the orange as well as the essence.

 

We now mix the common flour together with the cornmeal and the baking powder and raisins. To this mixture we can add a pinch of salt as a final touch to its preparation.

 

We take the mold of the pudding and smear it well of flour. We dump our dough, and put it in the oven at 170 grams for at least an hour. Click When this time has passed and comrprueba that the dough is made.

 

To decorate we can make with a small glaze of oranges from slices of oranges and chopped chocolate.
