FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD

One of the salads that we are going to eat this summer is the fresh vegetables and this is because it has nutritious foods, with vitamins and very healthy. In this article we show you the ingredients and the steps to prepare this salad.

 

A fresh salad for the warm summer days, a recipe that guarantees healthy eating and only 110 calories per serving and very nutritious as it has vegetables and chicken.

 

Fresh Vegetable Salad – ingredients

 

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup cauliflower
• 1 cup of peas
• 1 Supreme Boiled Chicken
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 green Onions
• parsley
• 1 CDA. of oil
• 2 Tbsp.. of wine vinegar
• 1 CDA. of water
• Salt and pepper

 

Fresh Vegetable Salad Preparation – Step by step

 

Boil water and when you break the boiling place the eggs and allow to boil for about 10 minutes, when they are cooked, remove from the water and remove the shells. Sift the eggs and reserve.

 

Boil the cauliflower in two different saucepans in one and the other the peas until tender. Cut into small strips the supreme boiled chicken and book. Cut the tomatoes in quarters and remove the seeds.

 

In a bowl add the peas, cauliflower and chicken, incorporate the finely chopped green onions, parsley and finally add the rest of the ingredients. Add to the sieved eggs the oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper, mix. Pour this dressing into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients, try and if necessary you can continue seasoning until you get the right taste.
