CHARD AND ROQUEFORT SALAD

Chard and Roquefort Salad-ingredients

  • 100 gr of Roquefort (although I end up always putting a little more!)
  • 50 gr Pumpkin Seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Wine vinegar or balsamic balsamic
  • Salt

Preparation of the salad of chard and Roquefort

 

This is a very easy recipe to prepare. In fact, the only step you need to do carefully is to wash and cut the chard. Sometimes I like to boil it in a little water for 1 minute. This way it becomes softer and more manageable and does not lose its properties and minerals.

 

Put the chard leaves clean, perhaps boiled and cut into manageable pieces, in a bowl. Decorate over with Roquefort cheese cut into not very large or very small cubes.

 

Apare mix about 4 tablespoons of olive oil with about 4 tablespoons of vinegar or balsamic and a pinch of salt to taste. Beat well.
