QUINOA SALAD WITH AVOCADO, BOILED EGG, TURKEY AND CARROT

Yes, the name is nothing commercial but it doesn’t need it either. This quinoa salad with avocado, boiled egg, turkey and carrot is an experience for the senses and a way to discover the quinoa, still very unknown to many people. Quinoa tasted the fashionable ingredient among athletes?

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 150 grams of quinoa
  • Half avocado
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 3 slices of Turkey
  • 2 cooked eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

 

Before using the quinoa, you must soak it until the water is cloudy. That is, put it in a bowl, cover it with water and move it with your hands until the water is kept clean. In two or three trips it should have worked. Nothing to do with rice, starch and its indivisible marriage. Once you have it clean, put it to cook over medium heat for quarter of an hour. When you take it out, you must pour cold water to stop the cooking.
