PASTA SALAD WITH SMOKED SALMON RECIPE

The pasta salad with smoked salmon is one of the most delicious dishes to prepare, it does not require many ingredients and you can have it prepared in a few minutes. Then we show you how to prepare it in a few steps.

The combination of smoked salmon with the neutral taste of pasta and the fresh flavor of the cheese combines sensational, you can mix it with other ingredients that you like the hard-boiled egg, olives, etcetera.

Pasta Salad with Salmon-ingredients

 

  • Macaroni
  • 1 small Fresh cheese
  • Smoked salmon
  • 1 tomato
  • Chives
  • 1 teaspoon old mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the pasta salad with salmon – step by step

 

Put a saucepan with water in the fire and when you boil add a little salt. When dissolved it will be time to add the pasta and let it cook for the time recommended by the mark. Once the pasta is al dente, drain and let it cool for a few moments.

 

Slice the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the plate.

 

Remove the preservative water from the fresh cheese and cut it into dice. Include also to the pasta.

 

Wash the tomato, cut it in dice and add it back to the pasta.

 

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing in a bowl a teaspoon of ancient mustard, a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of olive oil. Mix and stir with energy so that they are well mixed, leaving a homogeneous vinaigrette.

 

 

Pour some vinaigrette over the pasta. Wash the chives, cut into small pieces and serve directly.
