An Italian recipe that can serve as a main course or as a salad is easily done. One thing to note is that you can replace this pasta and use others such as short pasta, curls or rotini, snails, etc.



Italian Salad-Ingredients


  • • 200 g de penne pasta
  • • ½ kilo of tomato
  • • 2 CDA. of Capers
  • • 100 g mozzarella
  • • 100 g lean cooked ham
  • • 2 cups cooked mixed vegetables
  • • ½ Cup of black olives
  • • Balsamic
  • • Salt and pepper


Preparation of the Italian salad – step by step


Cook in a saucepan the penne pasta al dente, strain and let cool. In a bowl place tomatoes cut into small pieces, capers, mozzarella, ham, vegetables, olives and balsamic balsamic or other dressing of your choice, leave to marinate for half an hour.


Mix in a special bowl to serve on the table all the ingredients and you are ready to serve, you can decorate it with arugula or basil leaves.
