CHICKPEAS WITH TUNA SALAD

If you liked our hummus recipe, this salad is going to be a real delight ready to cook?

The recipe that today we are going to present is a complete mixture of flavors, a delicious salad with which to enjoy the kitchen. This recipe is very simple and is very rich in nutrients, it is also so easy to prepare that you can make it at any time of the day and with very little time to prepare.

The only thing is that I make a recommendation, I like to leave a little in the fridge before consuming it because cool is much more good; But as I always tell you, we each have our tastes.

Then your procedure:

Chickpeas and tuna Salad – ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. of chickpeas
  • Salt
  • 1 julienned Onion
  • 1 large Canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp.. Chopped parsley Soups
  • 2 tbsp.. Chopped chives Soup
  • 100 Grs of pitted green olives and cut into wheels
  • 50 Grs of chopped pickled gherkins
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp.. White wine vinegar Soups

Preparation of chickpeas and tuna salad – step by step

We have two options when it comes to preparing the chickpeas, or the cocéis in hot water with salt until tender; Or you can use a pot of cooked chickpeas so that much faster the way to prepare this salad.

Once the chickpeas are ready, put them to drain and let them cool while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

I recommend that you use Purple onion, it gives more grace; You do it in Juliana, in finite strips and book. Chop the gherkins into small, slightly thick slices and the green olives cut them in two. Clean the chives and make it very small, as well as the parsley.

Add all the ingredients in a salad bowl, undo the tuna and mix well. Once you’ve got everything, you aliñas it right and ready.

You can put a little in the fridge, as I said at the beginning, and then serve cool.

… bon appetit! …
