  • Mixed lettuces
  • A carrot
  • Half Red pepper
  • A branch of celery
  • 2 white asparagus
  • Black or green olives
  • A hard-boiled egg
  • Salt

Preparation of the salad with raspberry vinegar – step by step


The best thing about salads is their quick preparation. Wash the lettuces you are going to use and let them dry.


Put some water with salt to cook together with the egg to get the hard-boiled egg. It is better to have prepared with time to be cold when assembling the salad but if you have missed, do not worry, him the same.


Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients: Peel the carrot, wash and chop the red pepper, wash and remove the threads to the celery (by cutting into strips you will see how different strands come out that are annoying both the view and mealtime) and we reserve.
