Fresh Salad with melon – ingredients
These ingredients with the measures that we show you is to prepare a salad for six people.
- 250 GRS of potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 can of yellow corn in grain
- 1 can canned peas
- 1 can girl of chopped palm hearts
- 1 Melon to serve
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
- 1 green apple Seed-free and diced (with Shell)
- 2 stalks of chopped celery
- 1/2 Cup of pitted and chopped black olives
Preparation of fresh salad with melon – step by step
Peel potatoes cut into cubes and cook in abundant boiling water with salt. When cooked, cut the cooking with icy water and reserve.
