These ingredients with the measures that we show you is to prepare a salad for six people.
  • 250 GRS of potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 can of yellow corn in grain
  • 1 can canned peas
  • 1 can girl of chopped palm hearts
  • 1 Melon to serve
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 green apple Seed-free and diced (with Shell)
  • 2 stalks of chopped celery
  • 1/2 Cup of pitted and chopped black olives

Preparation of fresh salad with melon – step by step


Peel potatoes cut into cubes and cook in abundant boiling water with salt. When cooked, cut the cooking with icy water and reserve.


Cut the pineapple slices into pieces approximate to the size of the potatoes. Place in a bowl, potatoes, pineapple, carrot, corn, palm hearts, peas, celery, olives and apple. Add the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Season. Mix very well and book.
