RIVERIA SALAD RECIPE

Then we will offer a very useful recipe to prepare a Riviera salad. It is a complete dish, where rice, pineapple, bananas, mustard and shrimp are combined. Without a doubt, it is an experience for our palate that will not cost more than 45 minutes to realize.

 

Riviera Salad-Ingredients

 

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 1 can of pineapples in syrup
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 buds
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 200 cubic centimeters of oil
  • 100 grams of cream of milk
  • 250 grams of previously washed shrimps

Preparation of the Riviera salad – Step by step

 

First of all, boil the rice with a good amount of salt water. Once ready, you must drain and leave aside.

 

Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices, as well as the pineapple. Soak both fruits with lemon juice.

 

In a bowl, arrange the egg yolks and mix with the mustard and curry. Season with salt and stir until homogenized, preferably with a whisk. Add to the preparation all the oil little by little and go stirring constantly until thicken the mixture. Then add the cream of milk and beat well.

 

Place rice with chopped pineapple, banana chunks and fresh shrimp in a salad bowl or fountain. Soak in the previously prepared sauce and allow to cool in the refrigerator until the time it is served.
