Vegetarian Recipe: Vegetable Salad – ingredients

The measures that we put in the following ingredients to prepare the vegetable salad is for four people.

 

  • 1 buttery-type lettuce plant
  • 2 carrots cut and cooked in thin canes
  • 2 stalks of celery cut into medium-sized strips
  • 100 g beans cooked and cut to the middle

Vinaigrette

Wash the vegetables very well. Dry the lettuce leaves and place in a salad bowl. Arrange the rest of the vegetables on the lettuce leaves. Serve seasoned with vinaigrette or present in a separate sauce.
Vinaigrette
Place vinegar and salt in a bowl and mix with wire whip. Add mustard and oil while stirring. Season at ease.
