Potato, egg and olive salad-ingredients


  • 600 gr of Baby Potatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 Gr Green Olives pitted
  • A ramillo of chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil, wine vinegar and salt to taste



Preparation of the salads of potatoes, eggs and olives – step by step


Wash the potatoes and cook with a little water until tender. Leave the skin if you prefer. Cut them into cubes.


Chop the olives and hard-boiled eggs and mix them with the chopped fresh parsley.


Dress the potato cubes with the oil and vinegar. Decorate it with the mixture of hard-boiled egg and olives.


Let stand two hours this salad for 2 hours before serving well cold.


Blue cheese and potato salad-ingredients


  • 700 gr Baby Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup of red onions
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onion
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano and parsley
  • 75 gr of blue cheese





Preparation of the salads of potatoes and blue cheese-step by step


Wash and dry the potatoes well, leave the skin if they do not have bruises. Cut them into cubes.


Cook the potatoes in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Make sure they are tender and allow to cool.


Mix the chopped onions with 1/4 cup of olive oil and herbs and balsamic vinegar. Add salt to taste.


Pour in the same bowl as the potatoes and stir a little. Finally add the chopped blue cheese. Decorate with ground pepper above.
