To make the stuffed chicken with vegetables you need the following ingredients:

 

  • 1 chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 orange Juice
  • 1 Laurel Leaf
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

Ingredients for filling vegetables

  • 200 Grs of cottage cheese or soy cheese crumbled soft pasta
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 200 Grs of peas
  • 1 chopped leek or a chive
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic, ground to taste

How to make chicken stuffed with vegetables-step by step

 

 

Place the chicken in a suitable oven-safe container. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and orange. Add the Laurel and the garlic. Cover with paper film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Put the ingredients of the filling in a bowl. Season. Remove the chicken from the fridge and fill it with the previous preparation.

 

Close with a few chopsticks and bring to preheated oven at moderate to hot temperature for approximately one hour or until the chicken is golden and cooked but juicy.
