CHINESE STYLE BLOCCOLI CHICKEN

A sautéed chicken with Chinese-style broccoli and mushrooms, a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish that you can make at home. We show you how to prepare it with a simple step by step to follow.

 

The Asian cuisine and in particular the Chinese cuisine is very rich in flavors, combinations and very aromatic dishes. This sautéed chicken with broccoli only comes to confirm, a delight to enjoy and without being anything complicated to prepare at home.

 

Traditionally this dish has oyster sauce as one of its key ingredients, which gives it a point of taste and flavor very characteristic of its cuisine. In our case, we will use only the Chinese soy sauce, which continues to add color, flavor and aroma.

 

As you see in the ingredients, we will not use anything that you can not find in your usual supermarket, because what it is is that we prepare tasty dishes and different from the most common chicken recipes.

 

Chicken WITH Broccoli: ingredients

 

  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 175 GR of Broccoli
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Chicken WITH Broccoli: preparation

 

Clean the chicken breast by removing any other fat you may have. You cut it in dice and throw it in a container.

 

Pour some freshly ground black pepper and a tablespoon of soy sauce. There is no need to throw a little salt because the sauce is going to bring the touch.

 

Meanwhile chop the broccoli into trees and wash. Put a saucepan with water and salt to the fire, when you boil add the broccoli and simply climbed. Remove and pass it through water to break the cooking. Reserve.

 

Clean the onion and the short julienne strips not too thick. It also cleans the mushroom and cuts it into four pieces instead of laminate or thick laminate.

 

Put a frying pan on the fire with a drizzle of mild olive oil and, when hot, add the laminated garlic. As soon as you brown the retiring and sauté the chicken.

 

When the chicken gets its golden color, you pour the onion. The skipping a little, we want a texture more al dente than poached, and then incorporate the Champión, skip it a little more, and broccoli. Pour two tablespoons of soy sauce, skip it all a few more minutes and serve.
